Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development, design, and production of educational, marketing, and outreach materials. This role will collaborate closely with program teams to create engaging visual content for social marketing and nutrition education campaigns while ensuring brand consistency and accessibility across diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce brochures, booklets, flyers, banner ads, billboards, presentations, and digital media assets.

Create visually compelling materials using Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.

Develop culturally inclusive and audience-focused marketing materials, including layouts for multilingual publications.

Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and translators to manage production timelines, review proofs, and ensure quality deliverables.

Support procurement and vendor management activities, including obtaining bids and evaluating vendor performance.

Maintain organized design files, templates, and digital assets.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all materials align with branding guidelines and program objectives.

Create presentation materials, conference collateral, and other communication assets as needed.

Provide design consultation and technical support to project managers and program staff.

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of professional Graphic Design experience.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:

Adobe InDesign

Adobe Illustrator

Experience creating print and digital marketing materials.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual communication principles.

Experience managing print production and vendor coordination.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and file organization skills.

Portfolio showcasing creative design work and projects for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with multilingual publications and culturally diverse audiences.

Familiarity with marketing, public health, education, or community outreach campaigns.

Experience coordinating with printers, translators, and external creative vendors.
