Regional Marketing Field Coordinator

On the Team Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NH - Cs in the field.?Fulfill NHC requests for flyers, and collateral to support sales activity in partnership with regional teams.?Support Quick Move-In (QMI) homes with accurate signage, post and monitor MLS listings, and oversee community photography.?Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates. Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions. ?Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates. ?Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials.
