Product Manager - IV/Lab Manager

Job Description
Actual Job Title is Lab Manager. The role involves supporting a mobile lab bus with cross-country travel. The candidate must present to high-level executives and have prior experience similar to this role. The responsibilities include managing demonstration equipment and acting as a Brand Ambassador during events across the US West and East coasts.

Lab Manager Responsibilities

Verify readiness of demo systems prior to an event, including servers, routers, switches, screens, AC, and demo control system.

Verify readiness of demo accessories prior to an event, including tablets, mobile phones, and VR gear.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in demo systems as needed.

Provide prior experience in A/V systems, configuration, and setup for public demonstration events.

Maintain and update hardware and software needed to support demonstrations.

Support integration and testing of new demonstration capabilities in the bus.

Perform dry-runs prior to an event, ensuring each demo operates as designed.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities

Support events as host for guests in the bus.

Facilitate presentation of demonstrations to guests.

Manage the audio and video systems during demos.

Provide demo accessory access to guests.
