Managing complex programs and projects, the full-time remote Program Management Manager will be responsible for regulatory compliance, quality oversight, and strategic enablement while leading a team of direct reports.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for regulatory and contract compliance, ensuring audit readiness and operational workflow alignment
Monitor program-level KPIs and lead cross-functional performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality and compliance
Act as the primary liaison among various departments to maintain centralized governance and ensure sustainability of improvements
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
PMP Certification preferred; PMP eligibility required
8-10 years of business or industry experience, with 5-8 years in program management
Experience leading significant cross-functional initiatives
Detailed content knowledge of program management and compliance requirements
