Qualifications

Proven track record of exceptional customer satisfaction

Previous experience in used carsales management

Strong communication and customer engagement skills

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

Evaluate, purchase, recondition, display, and merchandise used vehicle inventory

Train sales team on appraisal process and manufacturer product knowledge

Walk the lot daily to ensure complete knowledge of vehicle prices and conditions

Meet sales goals by determining customer needs and values

Secure financing and value used vehicles competitively

Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales performance

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process

The Sales Manager will assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of the Sales Department, including sales volume, desking deals, advertising, evaluating purchase transactions, stock levels, disposal of non-retail vehicles, along with display and merchandising.

Must be organized, take initiative, act with integrity, foster a positive workplace, and display effective leadership skills.
