Senior C&I Relationship Leader — Grow Lending & Deposits

Liberty Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager responsible for managing and developing commercial banking relationships in Connecticut, primarily focused on the C&I sector with companies generating between $5MM and $50MM in revenue.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of banking experience and a thorough understanding of commercial banking products and credit analysis. This role also involves cross-selling bank services and mentoring Junior Relationship Managers.
