Corporate Graphic Designer

Full‑Time In‑Office Role
Brighton is seeking aGraphic Designer to join our Visual Merchandising team at our home office. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on designing and producing high-quality print and in-store graphic materials that elevate the retail experience across our stores nationwide. The designer will work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.

What You’ll Do:

Assist the Senior Graphic Designer with print and in-store graphic design projects for the Visual Merchandising team

Design, update, and produce store signage, display graphics, and marketing materials

Execute established creative direction and brand standards with precision and consistency

Support graphic needs for other home office departments as assigned

Prepare accurate, production-ready files while meeting tight deadlines

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For:

Strong graphic design skills with an emphasis on print and production

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction

Experience working efficiently under deadlines

Collaborative, reliable, flexible and organized work style

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Ability to work on-site at the Brighton home office
