Mid-Market ADML Practice Leader – Absence, Disability Management and Life Insura

Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to mid-market, complex clients in the design and management of ADML programs, including benefit plan analysis, vendor procurement, audits, and paid leave program development. Create and lead the Mid-Market ADML practice, including defining strategy, operating model, workflows, and service offerings. Build, deploy, and manage a high-performing team of consultants. Materially grow ADML revenue through participation in new business pursuits and expansion of existing client relationships. Oversee project planning and delivery; review, finalize, and present deliverables to senior client stakeholders. Contribute to WTW marketing and thought leadership through speaking engagements, articles, and industry participation. Demonstrate strong people leadership through direct management, coaching, and mentoring of consultants.
