Qualifications
3+ Years of Management Experience
5+ Years Sales Experience
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
Ability to Lead and Coach Sales Specialists and Facilitate a Positive Culture
Strong Math Skills and an Understanding of Consumer Financing
Bilingual a Plus
Responsibilities
Keyholder – Open and Close the Retail Location
Sell in Rotation with Sales Specialists
Supervise, Train, Motivate and Coach Sales Specialists
Participate In and Review Sales Transactions for Accuracy
Plan, Promote and Execute Sales Events
Promote the Business through Social Media, Hiring Events and Other Community Outreach Opportunities
Maintain Store Goals and Key Performance Indicators
