Millwork Craftsman

Trillium Pacific Millwork is seeking a talented and driven Millwork Craftsman to join our growing custom shop. This hands‑on role involves crafting high‑quality wood products such as countertops, decorative panels, and specialty items. Responsibilities

Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom wood products using routers, sanders, and other hand tools

Perform finishing work, including sanding, sealing, staining, and applying topcoats

Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

Complete custom projects while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail

Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules

Assist with developing and improving manufacturing processes for repeatable product lines

Participate in product development, prototyping, and continuous improvement efforts

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in woodworking, millwork, or related craft trades

Proven skills in finishing techniques and surface preparation

Strong knowledge of woodworking methods, materials, and tools

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Strong communication skills and a team‑first attitude

Compensation
$22 - $28 per hour DOE

U.S. work authorization required.
