Associate Manager – Account Management

Join Target’s Roundel Media business as an Associate Manager in Account Management, executing digital media programs across a range of brands and businesses. Pay ranges from $17.98 to $104,600 based on market, experience, and education.
Core Responsibilities

Execute marketing programs across a variety of brands and businesses.
Implement and activate digital media campaigns at the account and brand levels, including writing media and creative briefs for clients.
Build audience segments; forecast and book media placements; develop media recommendations; craft insights based on campaign performance.
Provide high‑level customer service to partner teams and clients with effective communication, timely responses, and proactive issue resolution.
Create client or sales deliverables such as proposals, media approaches, and audience strategies.
Stay current on industry trends in retail and digital advertising.
Qualifications

Four‑year college degree.
At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital media planning.
Experience with ad servers, DFP, DCM, Sizmek, and order‑management tools such as Prisma or Operative.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Methodical, well‑organized, detail‑oriented.
Self‑starter with genuine curiosity and motivation.
Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills to handle multiple concurrent projects and campaigns.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent programs.
