About the Client
Our client is a venture-backed, locally-focused tech platform launching in two major U.S. markets simultaneously. Their platform connects residents and visitors with local businesses, events, pop-ups, and offers in real time — no paid ads, no algorithms, no marketing expertise required. They are launching a B2B subscription product and a consumer app in parallel, with a major international sporting event as a growth catalyst. This is high-velocity, early-stage, ground-up brand and community building.

What You'll Own

You are the face-behind-the-feed for our client's Atlanta launch. You know this city — not from scrolling, but from living it. You're plugged into Atlanta's creator community, know which neighborhoods are popping, which small businesses deserve a spotlight, and how to make a Reel that stops the scroll. Channel and content strategy are already built. We want a doer who brings instincts — not someone who needs direction.

What You'll Do

Design scroll-stopping social graphics and short-form video in Canva + CapCut for Instagram and TikTok

Execute the content calendar using scheduling tools (Later, Metricool, or equivalent)

Set up and manage DM automation workflows to capture leads and drive app sign-ups

Monitor social listening tools and flag trending ATL content and community moments

Engage authentically with Atlanta's creator ecosystem — tagging, responding, amplifying

Deliver a weekly performance snapshot (reach, engagement, DM responses, link clicks)

You Are

Based in Atlanta — required, non-negotiable

Plugged into ATL communities without needing to Google it (BeltLine, neighborhoods, creators, culture)

An Instagram + TikTok native who understands the algorithm, formats, and what performs

Passionate about small businesses, local economies, and IRL community

A doer — you take a brief and run without hand-holding

Energized by creator crawls, pop-ups, markets, and community events

Excited about Atlanta's diversity and what makes this city uniquely ATL

Must-Have Skills

Canva (advanced) + short-form video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)

DM automation tools (ManyChat, platform-native, or Zapier-connected flows)

Social scheduling tools (Later, Metricool, Buffer, or equivalent)

Social listening and community monitoring

Deep knowledge of Atlanta's creator and local business landscape

Bonus

Experience with local brand or small business accounts

Existing relationships in the ATL creator or small business community

UGC content creation background
