Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology. Work Location: Market - SS - AZ - Phoenix. Per Required Need. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact).
Keep availability updated and accurate.
Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
Complete necessary forms, images, surveys associated with each job/assignment before leaving the job site.
Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
Assist other team members as needed.
Adhere to timelines associated with accurate timecard submission, reporting anomalies daily with needed corrections.
Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Participate and complete training and certification programs.
Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
Schedule and plan hours and locations which may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; early‑morning hours may also be required.
Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Follow all directives to execute tasks fully and completely.
Work closely with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.
Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication skills, and strong leadership while representing the company.
Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or improves upon established shared service field KPIs.
Qualifications Age / Eligibility: Must be 18 or older (due to insurance requirements).
Availability: Flexible availability Monday through Friday. Weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability as needed. Minimum 20 hours of field work in a rolling 30‑day period.
Physical Abilities: Climb a ladder up to 10 feet. Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
Adaptability: Adjust to the ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments.
Communication Skills: Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking, photo uploads, downloading applications, and internet connectivity.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent typically required. Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience: Installation and merchandising experience preferred. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication.
Technology: Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data. Navigate various communication platforms and applications independently.
Training: Complete all training assignments and tasks within the designated time frame. Work collaboratively and autonomously.
Transportation and Travel: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance. Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily.
Leadership & Communication: Superior leadership skills, strong professional communication and presentation skills. Make sound decisions, show good judgment, and problem‑solve effectively. Work autonomously with excellent time management and reporting skills.
