The

Jr. Art Director

position is located in our New York office and will be responsible for leading the creation of visual concepts and content for the brand’s social and digital channels. The role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands‑on design skill, with a strong focus on AR/VR and advanced social media formats.
Responsibilities

Lead the conceptual and visual development of innovative social media content, from idea to execution.
Collaborate closely with Designers, Copywriters, Creative Technologists, and Content Creators to produce a wide range of assets.
Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries when appropriate.
Support the production process, including preparation and post‑production for all digital assets.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions, client presentations, and pitch decks.
Work hand‑in‑hand with a Creative Technologist to facilitate seamless creative development and production workflows.
Assist in creating creative guides for shoots, covering location, styling, talent, and visual styles.
Stay current on cultural, technological, and platform trends, especially in AI tools, Spark AR, VR, and wearable tech.
Qualifications

1+ years of agency‑side experience in developing creative assets.
Strong conceptual skills and the ability to generate multiple ideas quickly.
Excellent visual judgment with the ability to explain design choices persuasively.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with clients.
Expertise in identifying and adapting to brands’ visual identities.
Passion for and deep understanding of social media, Spark AR, VR, and other emerging digital platforms.
Proficiency with Photoshop and related image manipulation tools.
Knowledge of image display standards across all social platforms.
Commitment to excellence, including the flexibility to work non‑standard hours when needed and to proactively identify new opportunities.
Strong skill set in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite for Mac, Google Docs, and Slides.
Compensation

Base salary range: $70,000 – $75,000, plus potential bonus based on performance.
