Driving business growth in a mission-driven environment, the full-time Account Executive, Client Expansion will manage a blended pipeline of inbound opportunities and existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling compliance solutions to clients across various industries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:

Grow a portfolio of existing clients through proactive outreach and strategic upselling of new services
Manage the full sales cycle for inbound leads and existing account expansion, including prospecting and contract discussions
Identify and develop potential business opportunities by qualifying and engaging prospective clients

Required qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in inside sales, account executive, or account management roles
Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts while maintaining strong client relationships
Experience managing opportunities from initial engagement through close across both new business and existing client growth
Ability to understand client needs and build relationships using a consultative approach
Experience balancing inbound lead management with proactive outbound outreach to drive pipeline and revenue
