About this position

RADICL is the leading provider of Cybersecurity‑as‑a‑Service (CSaaS), delivering advanced cyber threat protection for small and medium‑size businesses (SMBs) in the U.S. Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and other regulated industries. Our AI‑powered virtual SOC platform offers an affordable, turnkey solution that integrates compliance management, 24/7 threat monitoring, deep‑spectra threat hunting, incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness training.
As an early member of RADICL Defense, you will work closely with the founding team to shape our platform and offerings while gaining hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge software, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies. Your primary focus will be building and executing our in‑house marketing strategy as a Content & Social Media Specialist.
We are looking for a strong writer, socially fluent, and comfortable using AI tools daily. You will own our social channels, generate content from video, podcast, and subject matter expertise, and help create a pipeline for our growth.
You thrive in fast‑paced environments, bring a positive attitude, and excel at getting things done. You are a self‑directed, self‑starter who enjoys working with a high‑performing team and engaging customers across diverse backgrounds and skill levels. You seek meaningful work and want to help others grow.
As a Content & Social Media Specialist, you will:

Social Media

Manage and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels on a consistent daily schedule
Repurpose existing content (video clips, podcast episodes, blog posts) into platform‑native social formats
Monitor mentions, comments, and industry conversations; surface relevant opportunities to the team
Track and report on engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance
SEO Content Writing

Write 2–3 blog posts per week from briefs, video transcripts, or expert interviews with AI assistance
Apply on‑page SEO best practices: keyword targeting, meta descriptions, internal linking, header structure
Collaborate with the Director of Content and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy
Maintain and update existing content to preserve search rankings over time
Website Copywriting

Write and update web copy for landing pages, product pages, and campaign assets
Support A/B testing of headlines, CTAs, and page sections in collaboration with the paid team
Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all owned web properties
Your skillset/experience should include:

2–3 years in a content, social media, or digital marketing role, either agency or in‑house
Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics such as cybersecurity
Fluency with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar) with the ability to still make the writing sound human
Experience with a social scheduling platform (Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, or equivalent)
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals; you don’t need to be a technical SEO expert, but you understand how content and search work together
Organized and self‑directed; you’re comfortable managing a content calendar without constant oversight
Bonus: experience in B2B, SaaS, cybersecurity, or defense‑adjacent industries
