To support a growing organization, the full-time remote GTM Enablement Manager will develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for market-facing teams, focusing on product knowledge, role-specific skills, and operational updates to drive performance and client success.
Key responsibilities:
Cultivate strong relationships with leadership and team members to align enablement priorities and ensure effective execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful enablement content that translates strategy into high-performing execution
Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding and role-specific training, to reinforce knowledge retention and skills application
Required qualifications:
Healthcare/benefits industry experience is required
4+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or Training, with a focus on pre- and post-sales teams and processes
Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs grounded in adult learning principles
Strong analytical skills to use data for measuring impact and informing enablement strategies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills to convey complex information clearly
