Associate Production Designer

TravisMathew is a premium apparel brand that bridges the gap between performance and lifestyle. We invite you to join team TravisMathew as an Associate Production Designer. In this role, you will support the creation and execution of designs across digital, print, and social media, collaborating closely with senior designers and cross‑functional teams to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and project objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities

Edit, retouch, and manipulate product photos, including on‑model images.
Design and produce emails using templates.
Create responsive designs for paid advertising platforms.
Contribute feedback in creative meetings.
Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in all projects.
Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
Maintain organized project files and assist in managing digital assets.
Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent quality control skills.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
Strong photo editing, production, and design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, and composition).
Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Strong and clear communicator both written and verbal.
Critical thinker and proactive problem‑solver.
Portfolio showcasing photo editing and production skills.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or 3+ years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation: $23.32 – $34.95 per hour.
