Our school
The Goddard School in Milton is a brand-new state of the art premier early childhood center that offers the best preparation for social, Physical and academic success for children from 6 weeks to 6 years. Our regarded and renowned curriculum and philosophy is inspired by Piaget and Erikson and focuses on play-based learning. We want to attract and retain staff by providing them a supportive & collaborative culture, a great working environment, and tools they need to be successful in their respective roles.

Responsibilities

Maintain office files including staff and children files to comply with state and Goddard requirements

Update and maintain health and medical files and binders

Support and maintain other licensing and inspection binders

Support and maintain applicant database and schedule interviews

Develop content for and update social media website

Market research, lead tracking and reporting

Develop various marketing and promotional campaigns content

Planning and organizing school promotional and graduation events

Developing and maintaining school activity and event calendars

Create and upload promotional videos to various platforms

Understanding and implementing Goddard’s Health & Safety procedures

Other tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

2 or 4 year degree in Business Management, Marketing, Childcare, Psychology or related field

2 plus years experience in office and/or executive management (marketing/social media experience a plus)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong analytical lens and a knack for making sense of social media metrics

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience and familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Yelp, etc.) and search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)

Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and best practices

General Qualifications
Meet the state qualifications and those set forth in the national hiring standards including-

Ability to hear the conversational voice, with or without a hearing aid

Ability to see and read newsprint, with or without corrective lenses

Ability to speak and be understood under normal circumstances

Ability to use arms, hands, legs, and feet, with or without corrective devices; this includes the ability to evacuate the building during emergencies

Ability to respond immediately to emergency situations
