Store Leader & Talent Coach

The Children's Place is seeking a Store Lead in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Store Lead will support the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-wrap operations and acting as Leader on Duty. Responsibilities include training associates, maintaining store standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Successful candidates will have at least a high school diploma and previous retail experience. A strong focus on customer engagement and teamwork is essential. Flexible scheduling, including weekends, required.
