Closets by Design - Salt Lake City is growing, and we're looking for an

ambitious, high-performing Sales Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting, developing, and growing our

in-home sales team

of 20+ reps.
Coaching designers through

1-on-1 sessions (8+ per week)

and group training.
Building strong individual relationships

while holding people accountable.
Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and (when needed) offboarding team members.
Enforcing and reinforcing a

proven, process-driven sales system .
Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure team success.
Handling conflict proactively with

radical candor and professional clarity .
Requirements

Minimum

2 years experience managing salespeople .
2-5 years of personal sales success

(in-home or B2C preferred).
Excellent knowledge of

price negotiations and deal structuring .
Utah-based only

- this is an in-office, in-person leadership position.
Proficient in

Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel . CRM or design software experience is a plus.
College degree preferred but not required.
