Job Description
The FCS Marketing Communication Specialist is a hands‑on, execution‑focused marketer responsible for delivering high‑impact marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, events, and lead generation programs.

Job Function
The role operates at the intersection of a highly agile, business‑driven local team and a global marketing organization, requiring strong collaboration across regions and functions to ensure alignment, consistency, and impact.

Reports To
North America Marketing Manager - Duncan, SC (North America Marketing Team)

Responsibilities and Objectives
Campaign Execution & Content Development

Execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, marketing automation, web, events)

Develop and manage digital content including landing pages, banners, videos, social media posts and website updates

Collaborate with global and regional teams to align messaging and brand standards

Translate technical product and application knowledge into customer‑centric marketing content

Support internal communication and managerial communications (intranet, Local Director’s communication to the teams…)

Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization

Manage campaign execution in CRM and marketing automation platforms (Aurea, Eloqua)

Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (conversion rates, cost per lead, ROI)

Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions

Support dashboard reporting and marketing analytics (Excel)

Lead Management & Sales Alignment

Manage lead flow, tracking, and reporting within CRM systems

Support the full lead lifecycle (MQL → SQL → Opportunity) in collaboration with Sales and Inside Sales teams

Ensure campaign‑to‑lead linkage for accurate ROI tracking and reporting

Contribute to sales enablement materials and tools including training and ensuring local key user role (e.g., Showpad)

Tradeshow & Event Execution

Prepare and execute technical tradeshows, customer events, and roadshows

Manage logistics including booth setup, displays, vendors, and promotional materials

Support event promotion/training, onsite execution, and post‑event lead follow‑up

Track event performance metrics and contribute to ROI analysis

Support the execution of internal events (sales meeting, sales training…)

Project Management & Marketing Operations

Manage multiple projects simultaneously using tools such as Monday.com

Support marketing operations including purchase orders, requisitions, and budget tracking

Build and maintain repeatable workflows, templates, and campaign processes

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely delivery

Adheres to all safety, quality and environmental standards.

Qualifications
Experience & Background

Mini 3 years of experience in Marketing Communication, International Business, or related field

Experience in B2B marketing, industrial or technical industries preferred

Familiarity with brand, product, and/or agency marketing environments

Technical & Functional Skills

Digital content and campaign creation (ads, landing pages, email, video, web content)

Campaign execution and marketing automation (Eloqua, CRM systems)

Basic understanding of SEO/GEO/SEM and digital marketing best practices

Marketing data analysis and reporting (Excel required)

Project management and organizational skills

Experience with tradeshow/event coordination

Budget management

Content/Design: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Manager

Physical Requirements

Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times

Dexterity and accuracy as needed to operate equipment

Work Schedule

Willingness to travel as required both domestically and internationally (up to 30%). Must have a current, valid passport for international travel.

This position will report to the Duncan, SC office with a flexible (hybrid) schedule after completion of a 90‑day training program.
