Marketing Coordinator

to join their team in Chantilly, VA. This is a

100% onsite

position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "can-do" attitude.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be the engine behind their digital presence and provide essential support to the Marketing Department. This role is perfect for a social media enthusiast who enjoys blending creative content creation with organized administrative execution.

Location: Chantilly, VA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute meal break)
Compensation: $25.00/hr+ DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Campaign Management:

Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, email marketing sequences, and localized strategies designed to attract new customers and drive inbound leads.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Own the corporate social media calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels. Shift channels from purely "organic posting" to active community engagement and lead capture.
Content & Graphic Design:

Independently design visually compelling assets, landing page graphics, and marketing collateral using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) that align with brand standards.
Website & Analytics Optimization:

Assist with basic website updates, monitor digital campaign performance, and track analytics to report on which marketing efforts are successfully driving customer inquiries.
Brand Voice & Reputation:

Monitor social channels, engage professionally with prospects in the brand's voice, and ensure consistent messaging across all public-facing platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:

2-4+ years of professional, in-house marketing experience.
Industry experience with a home builder or real estate is a plus
Proven understanding of how marketing funnels work-converting casual digital traffic into actual business inquiries/leads.
Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and modern CMS/website platforms.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $27.00 Per Hour
