Job Overview

In this role, you will support the digital transformation of engineering‑to‑order processes within a global power industry environment. You will work across the full value chain—from quotation and engineering to project management, manufacturing, and shipment—ensuring alignment with standardized processes and digital tools. Your work will help improve operational consistency, system adoption, and efficiency across multiple factories and regions, and support the modernization of the power grid.
Responsibilities

Support global digital program implementation by promoting adherence to standardized processes and systems.
Drive effective use and adoption of core tools such as SAP and MES across the organization.
Collect and synthesize business requirements from multiple factories and regions.
Identify process gaps and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Harmonize business processes across hubs and factories to align with global standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and address digital and operational challenges.
Manage and analyze system‑related incidents to improve overall performance and user experience.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to support system adoption and knowledge transfer.
Act as a change champion to encourage adoption of harmonized processes and reduce local deviations.
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications

Work authorization that permits employment in the United States and/or Canada.
Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or program implementation in manufacturing industry.
Experience working with SAP modules SD and PS, with additional exposure to Production Planning or Materials Management.
Proven ability to evaluate complex requirements and incidents, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders.
Experience supporting process changes and encouraging adoption of standardized practices.
Fluent in English (French is an asset).
