Executive Presentation Specialist & Visual Designer
We’re looking for a Executive Presentation Specialist & Visual Designer in our Denver, Colorado office. Opening Date: 24/06/2026 End Date: 10/07/2026 Play a lead role as part of a team of specialist designers whose purpose is to deliver online, print and presentation production for the Company. Directly responsible for support to the CEO office and the US locations.
Key Accountabilities
Understand client briefs and create concepts, artwork design and oversight of execution and output.
Create original on‑brand artwork assets for use by the team.
Develop original on‑brand presentation materials and templates (slides) to ensure consistent quality of design across every brief.
Deliver design activity on the team’s behalf for senior stakeholders across all business areas.
Provide solutions spanning the full range of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation, motion and video, and AI‑assisted design tools.
Collaborate effectively across the creative arts function, partner functions and business stakeholders.
Produce clear briefs that include key objectives, budget figures and communication activities.
Manage, deliver and assist across all creative disciplines.
Deputise for the Chief of Staff or Director, Office of the CEO, when required for receiving briefs, responding to stakeholders and overseeing creative output.
Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, drafting and production while safeguarding brand consistency, factual accuracy and data confidentiality.
Design for modern formats, including motion graphics, short‑form video, social and digital‑first content, data visualization and infographics.

Knowledge & Experience Preferred
Highly proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and presentation software (PowerPoint and Keynote), with working knowledge of AI‑assisted creative tools.
Extensive experience selecting and managing suppliers.
Extensive experience taking client briefs, storyboarding ideas and producing original design content.
A degree or HND in Visual Communications (Design).
Need to be flexible and willing to work outside of office hours to attend events as and when required.
Proven experience of working effectively with senior stakeholders.
Experience of working with diverse and geographically dispersed audiences.
Demonstrable experience of working to the highest standards and with attention to details while working under tight deadlines.
Skills & Abilities
Stakeholder management at a senior level (6‑8) with a consultative approach and influencing skills to deliver outstanding design.
Experience in designing and creating original assets and templates.
Calm under the pressure of tight deadlines.
Self‑managing, able to work with minimal guidance and support.
Resilient to changing needs and evolving plans.
Understanding of latest trends and best practices and the ability to incorporate within Liberty Global’s design strategy.
Excellent interpersonal skills – able to forge effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business at all levels.
Optimizes relationships with suppliers and external agencies to drive results.
Creating and influencing strategic responses to long‑term projects and high‑impact one‑off events to drive efficiency in spend, growth and reputation.
Fluency with AI design tools to augment performance.
Working knowledge of motion graphics, short‑form video, UX/UI principles and data visualization.
