2-3 years of graphic design experience with a strong creative portfolio

Digital design expertise, especially for social media and emails

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and associated design tools

Experience working within brand guidelines and collaborating across teams

Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure

Adept at editing photos, typography, and compositing; bonus points for video editing

Up to date on the latest social media platforms and creative trends

Strong communicator able to receive feedback and evolve designs

Experience in CPG, beauty, cosmetics, or agency settings preferred
