Position Summary
As the Talent Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic Program Management team assigned to specific Guidant Global MSP client(s). You will be empowered to deliver flawless execution of day‑to‑day functions in conjunction with the Client Sponsor and a shared Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process for an exclusive client, including defining new requisitions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and overseeing onboarding.
- Partner directly with hiring managers and external staffing agencies, maintaining communication and updates.
- Apply contractual terms, ensuring compliance with the client and suppliers while managing pricing, vendor neutrality, assignment duration, invoicing, and reporting.
- Provide VMS and program training to client hiring managers and outside staffing partners.
- Respond to requests with a strong sense of urgency and resolve issues.
- Execute administrative tasks such as reporting, resume shortlisting, assignment tracking, and invoice approvals.
- Lead weekly status calls with suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing industry, preferably in account management, managed service provider, or related roles.
- Knowledge of staffing industry/managed service provider model, IT recruiting or supporting IT staffing initiatives, Fieldglass Vendor Management System preferred.
- Skills to communicate effectively, prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems, negotiate pay rates, translate requirements into specific reports, and work independently.
