Role Overview

Brillio is seeking a high-performing Engagement Manager to lead strategic client engagements within the Banking – Financial Services industry . This role is responsible for end-to-end delivery, client relationship management, and value realization , ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology execution.

The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset , strong industry awareness , and the ability to drive outcomes through structured execution, collaboration, and innovation . This is a leadership role requiring energy, organization, and ownership to manage complex engagements and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Partnership & Value Delivery

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for engagement success and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Translate client needs into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes
  • Lead governance forums , including executive reviews and steering committees

2. Delivery Excellence

  • Manage delivery of programs, managed services, and transformation initiatives
  • Ensure predictable execution through strong planning, tracking, and governance
  • Own SLA/KPI performance , financial outcomes (revenue, margin), and overall delivery health
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations

3. Consultative Problem Solving

  • Engage with clients to understand challenges, define problems, and shape solutions
  • Bring a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions across data, digital, and AI capabilities
  • Provide industry-informed perspectives to guide decision‑making

4. Growth & Account Development

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and deepen client partnerships
  • Partner with sales and solution teams to develop proposals and support deal execution
  • Contribute to pipeline growth through proactive engagement and value-driven conversations
  • Support positioning of Brillio as a strategic partner
  • Lead cross‑functional teams across delivery, engineering, and consulting
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure effective resource planning, onboarding, and team performance
  • Mentor team members and support capability development

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of experience in consulting, IT services, or digital transformation roles
  • Experience managing client engagements and delivery teams
  • Exposure to the Banking – Financial Services industry (Capital Markets, Fintech, Payments)
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management capabilities

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as
  • Snowflake, Databricks
  • Familiarity with data, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives
  • Experience working in regulated environments
  • Financial acumen including budget and margin management
