Job Description Responsibilities:
Direct the day-to-day field organizing operations for the campaign
Recruit and train volunteers, work with local community members, and be the liaison to local organizations and Democratic groups.
Track and report on all field metrics in VoteBuilder
Manage staff, including field organizers, campaign fellows, and campaign interns.
Willingness to manage a diverse team with different experiences and perspectives, and a commitment to helping them grow and succeed.
Plan and execute a robust Get Out the Vote program
Assist with all political outreach and stakeholder relationships
Assist the communication team with on-the-ground media and content
Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 cycles of field experience with a proven track record of delivering on goals
Experience managing staff a strong plus
Strong proficiency with VoteBuilder
Experience with digital organizing tools
Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail
Proven ability to work collaboratively on a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Google Workspaces
Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
Availability to work non-traditional hours
