Job Overview Join the team transforming how healthcare is delivered for chronic and specialty conditions worldwide. In General Medicines, you’ll help drive meaningful outcomes in diabetes, transplant, and immunology with the scale and urgency patients deserve.
Main Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the integrated global brand plan for Rezurock across CLAD and cGVHD indications.
Drive deep understanding of patient journey, HCP decision‑making, and competitive landscape; translate insights into brand strategy and activation plans.
Establish commercial readiness and go‑to‑market strategy for the CLAD indication.
Translate evidence data into communication platforms to support market shaping or brand differentiation.
Orchestrate activation plan execution with cross‑functional teams, ensuring on‑time delivery.
Lead the development of global branded and unbranded campaign content.
Partner to create omnichannel engagement strategies for HCP and patient audiences.
Develop global‑to‑local toolkits and brand guidance for affiliate teams across US, EU and other markets.
Define brand KPIs, monitor performance dashboards, and translate insights into actionable strategic pivots.
Manage the global brand budget, ensuring optimal allocation across indications, geographies, and tactical priorities.
Qualifications Proven global and/or local marketing experience with a track record in developing brand strategies and driving commercial execution.
Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to a specialty disease product launch, including pre‑launch planning, HCP engagement, and post‑launch performance management.
Experience leading cross‑functional brand teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales) within matrix organizations without direct line authority.
Experience in crafting and implementing comprehensive omni‑channel strategies, emphasizing integrated digital experience.
Data‑driven decision making with strong analytical skills to interpret market research, epidemiology data, sales analytics, and patient data.
Conceptual and creative thinking to develop innovative solutions and challenge conventional wisdom.
Relationship building and influence skills, able to collaborate at all organizational levels.
Agility mindset and proactiveness in evolving strategy and execution in a fast‑paced environment.
Project management expertise for complex, parallel marketing initiatives across multiple indications.
Scientific acumen to translate complex clinical data into compliant commercial narratives.
Understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) applications in marketing, such as customer data analysis, segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
Strongly preferred: MBA or advanced degree (MSc, PharmD, MD) with a focus on marketing, strategy, or a relevant scientific discipline.
Salary & Benefits Salary range: $206,250.00 - $297,916.66. All compensation will be determined in accordance with demonstrated experience. Eligible for company employee benefit programs.
