What You'll Do
As an Automotive Photographer, you'll be responsible for capturing and presenting vehicle inventory in a way that highlights quality, condition, and value for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Photograph vehicle inventory according to CarShop standards
Ensure vehicles are properly prepared and presentation-ready before photography
Capture high-quality images using proper lighting, angles, and composition
Upload vehicle photos to company systems and website in a timely manner
Ensure a minimum of three photos are uploaded for initial review and at least 24 photos per vehicle for online presentation
Maintain consistency and quality across all vehicle photography
Coordinate with other departments to ensure inventory is ready for imaging
Follow detailed appearance and quality checklists
Support departmental goals and contribute to a positive team environment
What We're Looking For
Previous photography experience required
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and image quality
Comfortable using digital cameras, computers, and photo management software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others
Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
Strong communication skills
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and quality
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing

Preferred Education and Experience Associates (A.A) degree or equivalent; one year or more of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience taking commercial photos is preferred. Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Certification/Licenses/Registrations) Valid driver's license Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may not drive vehicles off of the dealership premises.
