Group Details
Tradeweb's Digital Assets team is seeking a Market Support Associate to provide front-line support for institutional crypto trading activity. This person's role will primarily ensure seamless trade execution, issue resolution, and data integrity across the platform.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the frontline client contact for all platform-related matters

Establish working relationships with institutional clients and market-making partners

Partner closely with the sales team to support trader coverage and platform engagement

Responding in a timely manner to client inquiries and resolving trading issues

Triage and escalation of technical issues to appropriate teams

Monitoring trades, establishing proper dispensation of orders

Support user onboarding, entitlements, and system setup- data entry involved

Qualifications
Ability to multitask in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail

Understanding of Tradeweb's markets; crypto market familiarity a plus

Excellent work ethic with high level of initiative

Strong verbal/written communication skills

Extremely comfortable with technology - proficient with full MS Office suite

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
