Overview
Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team. This is a full-time, onsite position in Tempe, AZ.

Major Tasks, Accountabilities, And Key Responsibilities

Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, and presentations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company\'s brand and marketing objectives.

Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve the company\'s online visibility and drive traffic to the website.

Provide consultative support and effectively communicate technical information to customers.

Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.

Support the marketing team in coordinating and executing promotional activities, events, and campaigns.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing materials.

Provide design support to other departments as needed, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements

Proven experience (7-10 years) in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing work in print and digital applications.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Eagerness to learn and grow in both graphic design and marketing disciplines.

Experience with 3D rendering, video editing, and large flatbed printers (e.g., Canon Arizona 1360 GTF) is a plus, but not required.

Schedule
Full-time, in-office position Tempe, AZ (near Priest and University). Monday to Thursday 5:00am–3:30pm. Off on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
