The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting key initiatives to bring the brand purpose and strategy to life and contribute to the achievement of Pharmavite's annual and long‑term sales, market share, and profit goals. This role will manage one or more core business segments ensuring the brand and offerings are relevant to our target consumers. Areas of focus include assortment optimization, new product commercialization, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in driving business performance, execute strategy and tactics, and deliver revenue, profit, and market share goals.
Analyze the business utilizing Circana data as well as other quantitative/qualitative data, demonstrating strong command of key growth and share drivers.
Present market analysis and actionable recommendations to grow sales and profitability.
Lead cross‑functional teams to launch product innovation and renovations with speed and agility, including product development, sales support and owned content.
Lead execution of marketing plans to support continued #1 brand position in the marketplace.
Assist with preparation of annual operating plans and marketing budget.
Critical Success Factors
Experience diagnosing complex problems and identifying growth opportunities with analytics and creative thinking.
Experience leading successful implementation of marketing plans.
A proven track record of working independently and efficiently, managing time‑sensitive projects, and prioritizing multiple objectives.
Proficiency in distilling insights and actions from a variety of market sources and complex data sets.
The ability to collaborate and actively engage with cross‑functional partners to establish effective work relationships in a team environment.
Experience in Health & Wellness Industry, or Consumer Packaged Goods Industry (CPG) is preferred.
Required Skills & Capabilities
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent. MBA preferred.
3+ years business experience post‑college, inclusive of time obtaining relevant graduate degree. Brand marketing experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills with experience delivering recommendations based on syndicated data (Circana experience preferred) and consumer insights.
Strong verbal and written communication; confidence presenting recommendations and gaining alignment across all functions/levels, including senior leadership.
Demonstrated leadership and influencing abilities to work successfully with cross‑functional teams.
Salary Range
National Target Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $133,000. The salary range for this position is based on national standards.
For candidates in California and New York metro: $88,000 - $146,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.
Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job‑related skills.
Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) match, and other wellness benefits.
