Seeking a hands-on

Corporate AV Technician

to support conference rooms, meeting spaces, and executive-facing AV technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, and excellent customer service abilities.

Required Skills

3+ years of Corporate AV Support experience

Strong troubleshooting and break/fix experience

Experience with

Microsoft Teams Rooms

Experience supporting conference room technology and AV systems

Familiarity with

QSC/Q-SYS (Questron)

environments

Experience supporting Zoom, Webex, projectors, microphones, displays, and control systems

Excellent communication and executive support skills

Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset

Nice to Have

AVIXA CTS or CTS-I Certification

Experience with enterprise AV deployments and room automation

Responsibilities

Support conference rooms and meeting spaces

Troubleshoot AV, Teams, Zoom, and Webex issues to resolution

Set up and test AV equipment for meetings and events

Perform preventative maintenance and break/fix repairs

Manage AV inventory and coordinate with vendors when needed

Provide white-glove support for executives and high-profile meetings
