RISE Housing and Support Services is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, self‑motivated leader, to oversee the daily operations of the Hedgerow House residential program in Ballston Spa, NY, under the supervision of the Program Director. A successful candidate will be able to inspire a small staff to help our residents to manage the life challenges their substance use diagnose has presented, while maintaining a healthy, safe, and therapeutic environment.

Overview of Job Responsibilities

Managing the day to day operations of the Hedgerow House residential program in collaboration with the Program Director

Oversight of program operations

Intake Screening Process

Supervision and support of relief staff

Internal and External Communication

Building management

Maintaining a safe and supportive environment

Adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulations

A CASAC credential

from NYS with 2+ years of experience working with sensitive populations

1+ years of leadership experience

Other combinations of education and experience will be considered

An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training

Excellent crisis management and dispute resolution skills

Clearance with all relevant background checks as per RISE policies and governing regulations

A valid NY State Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to the RISE automotive program
