Agentic AI Account Executive – New York & NJ

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in growing our business by landing new customers and expanding relationships within existing accounts. This is a relationship‑first, field‑based role that requires meeting face‑to‑face and becoming a trusted strategic partner.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trust with customers, meeting face‑to‑face regularly.
Drive new business acquisition and grow existing partnership accounts.
Collaborate with strategic technology and go‑to‑market partners to co‑sell and drive joint success.
Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business value.
Execute proactive account planning and prospecting within your territory.
Qualifications

5+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in automation (RPA, Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI) or digital transformation.
Proven success in both hunting new business and farming existing accounts.
Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Comfortable leading in‑person customer conversations and meetings.
Experience working with or through partners and a collaborative approach to joint selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Curious, driven, and motivated to help customers achieve real outcomes.
Confident hunter with a client focus in the NYC/NJ region.
College degree (4 years).
Knowledge of AI, Agentic AI, VAR, and value‑added reseller businesses is a plus.
Experience engaging CFO/Finance, COO/Ops, CIO, Supply Chain, and AI leadership roles is desirable.
Compensation

Base: $125,000 – $175,000 DOE. Total compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 (no cap). 12% on gross margin, which doubles to 24% when over quota. Includes a full benefits package and expenses.
Location & Travel

Base city/territory: New York or New Jersey/New York & New Jersey. 20% travel, primarily one‑day trips.
