Role: Language Specialist (Customer Support (Email))

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 6-12 months

Qualifications

Must be fluent in verbal and written English and any one of the following languages

Swedish

Danish

Dutch

Telugu

Marathi

Swiss German

German

Belgian German

Polish

Japanese

Previous experience in customer service – preferably email support experience

Native Speaker

Must have lived in the locale for a minimum of 2 of the past 5 years or be a frequent traveler to the native language

Ability to clearly communicate written or verbal for English and any one of the following languages: Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Telugu, Marathi, Swiss German, Belgian German, Polish, Japanese

Undergraduate Degree required

Strong Analytical Skills
