Purpose and Objective
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Marketing Execution Expert at our Newtown Square, PA location to drive marketing activities across the customer lifecycle, product portfolio, segment, and channel.
Expectations and Tasks
Provide an engaging online experience for a global audience to generate demand, nurture prospects, and support and amplify the SAP brand.
Utilize Digital Marketing services knowledge to support stakeholders in their programs.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize innovative approaches to Marketing by bringing in a digital mindset and collaborative approach across market units, regions, and global teams.
Lead others to plan and deliver content build, collection, and distribution plans.
Establish target goals and evaluate results for continuous improvement.
Evaluate marketing channel‑specific results and suggest tests and apply tactics to improve channel volume contribution and conversion.
Consult with strategic stakeholders to understand needs, propose Digital Marketing service packages, and deliver results.
Collaborate with LoB teams and marketing channel leads to develop buyer's journey maps and orchestrate plans to achieve demand generation objectives.
Partner on user experience and A/B testing to optimize marketing channel yield and enhance visitor perception.
Lead engagement with SAP Digital Tribe or other digital audiences to understand needs and ensure optimal experiences.
Review and refine business requirements to support platform evaluation.
Execute marketing programs to attract new buyers, build demand, influence the pipeline, and drive adoption.
Education and Occupational Experience
Option 1:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field + 7 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience.
Option 2:
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field + 5 years of experience.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies
Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:
Conceptualize, strategize, and execute sales and business development strategies in new and existing territories.
B2B commerce, including prospecting, positioning, and selling complex products and solutions.
Systematically develop, adopt, and report forecasting practice.
Creation of customer-facing assets and delivery of content using the assets.
Global enterprise marketing program enablement, including customer management.

Compensation Range Transparency
Annual Base Salary Range:
$163,455 - $278,035
Targeted Combined Range (Base + Variable):
$192,300 - $327,100
