Position Overview
As a Sports-Minded Marketing Representative, you will work directly with customers, represent client brands, and support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives. Through hands‑on training and mentorship, you will learn the fundamentals of marketing, customer engagement, communication, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands professionally in retail environments

Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions

Educate customers about products, services, and promotional offerings

Assist customers with service options and account-related information

Support customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns

Participate in daily training and professional development sessions

Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

Track individual performance and contribute to team success

Learn leadership and business development skills through ongoing mentorship
