Corporate Affairs Specialist (Korean Bilingual Required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a global chemical company and is looking for a\nCorporate Affairs Specialist\n\n\nSummary:\nThe General Affairs Specialist will provide support to expatriates and\nimmigration support services to employees as needed. Will also provide\nadministrative support by managing shared goods services and processing\nadministrative tasks through internal and external systems while managing other\nGA related programs. In addition, HR/GA support will be provided for additional\ntasks and duties as they are assigned.\n \n Responsibilities:\n * Support housing, vehicle, insurance, phone, onboarding, etc. for expatriates\n * Management of Shared goods and services - office supply order and management\n * Receive and route mail\n * Ordering of business cards\n * General administrative support (electronic approvals, invoices, and vendor\n registrations)\n * Immigration support services\n * Manage company pool car and mobile phone program\n * Support HR and GA with a variety of misc. admin and project-related tasks and\n other duties as assigned\n * Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:\n * Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain\n * Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container\n * Perform other duties as assigned\n\n \nQualifications:\n * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other\n related degree preferred\n * Experience:\n * 1 to 3+ years of HR or related experience \n\n\nSkills:\n * Handling administrative responsibilities in a manufacturing environment is\n preferred\n * Experience with ADP & SAP software and benefits systems is preferred\n * Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly\n confidential business and team member information\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n * Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills are required \n * Ability to work flexible hours, when needed, to support new hire onboarding\n and other areas of responsibility\n * English/Korean bilingual preferred
