Job Description
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot commercial audio-visual systems in
• corporate, government, education, and conference room environments.
• Lead AV installation activities and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
• Perform system commissioning and decommissioning activities to ensure proper
functionality and customer acceptance.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot AV control systems including Crestron & Poly
platforms.
• Install and support audio systems utilizing Dante networking technology.
• Configure and support video distribution systems including Crestron NVX solutions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot conferencing solutions including Poly systems.
• Deploy and optimize professional audio equipment including Shure microphones
and DSP systems.
• Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements prior to installation.
• Read and interpret AV drawings, schematics, signal flow diagrams, and
construction documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to
ensure successful project execution.
• Document installation activities, system configurations, and project completion reports.
• Perform system upgrades, preventive maintenance, and service support as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry best practices, and project specifications.

Skills and Requirements
Basic Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma
• 8+ years of experience in commercial audio-visual installation and integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba) and
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
