About the Role


The Company is seeking an SVP for Media Sciences and Measurement to lead the transformation of its media investment and measurement practices. The successful candidate will be a highly experienced and influential leader in media measurement, reporting, attribution, and data strategy, with a deep understanding of the media ecosystem across all channels. Key responsibilities for this role include leading the development and execution of the media measurement framework, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring operational excellence in the attribution measurement process, and providing strategic leadership in team management. The role also involves vendor management, thought leadership in measurement methodologies, and a proactive vision for the future of measurement.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in media measurement and analytics, with a solid understanding of media planning principles and digital and emerging media platforms. Expertise in media measurement approaches such as attribution, MMM, ad effectiveness, and incrementality testing is essential. The role requires a highly analytical individual with outstanding data storytelling, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing executive-level stakeholders. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, organized, and have exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on long-term impact.
