As the Studio Lead, you will manage a team dedicated to delivering exceptional client services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff, ensuring efficiency and quality, maintaining client satisfaction, driving profitability, mitigating risks, fostering growth, managing projects, and developing business opportunities.
Objectives

As an architecture Studio lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate the operations of an architecture studio.
The role involves managing various aspects of the studio's daily operations, supporting the architectural team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of projects.
Represent the Company in all external and internal interface opportunities by demonstrating and exemplifying the company Values, Morals and Ethics to include staff, clients, consultants, agencies, and contractor interface.
