Job Description:

We seek an enthusiastic Creative Art Director to act as our primary liaison for the visual identity of a project or campaign behind our brand's visual language. This is a creative role that will report to the President, Music Publishing and will work with all departments to handle visual aspects of the PW Brand, Marketing, Merch, etc.

Key Responsibilities

Set the creative tone for how people see, feel, and engage with our brand and other aesthetics.

Collaborate with company leaders to bring concepts to life – whether it's a global campaign launch, a reimagined brand identity or company branded momentum.

Collaborate closely with applicable team members to align visuals with messaging and business objective.

Lead the creative direction for multi-channel campaigns from concept to final execution.

Adhere with brand guidelines.

Oversee the design of visual elements such as graphics, layout, digital media, photography, etc.

Ensure all creative work meets artistic standards and brand guidelines.

Present all concepts and campaigns to senior management for approval.

Execute creative art ideas effectively.

Ensure final product of vision is strategically aligned with marketing and brand goals.

Design with purpose – every creative art design should be intentional.

Qualifications

Has 10+ years of experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform campaigns and brand identity work.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.

Exceptional visual and conceptual creativity.

Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly to the team.

Problem solving skills for balancing creative vision with practical constraints such as budget and deadlines.

Hands–on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, and image selection.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across creative, corporate and business teams.

Solutions‑oriented, proactive and comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Strong organizational and project management skills and excellent attention to detail.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, business needs, and the candidate's overall qualifications for the position as assessed by Primary Wave. The salary range is subject to change at any time and depends on internal and external factors.
