Clearwater Living is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage marketing systems, data, and digital platforms that support lead generation and occupancy growth across multiple senior living communities.
This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong experience in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
Pay Range: $36.10 - $40.90 DOE
Key Responsibilities
Administer marketing platforms, including CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, social media, reputation management, and websites
Execute email marketing campaigns and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars
Maintain CRM data integrity, reporting, and user adoption
Monitor online reviews and support reputation management across communities
Update website content and maintain third‑party listing accuracy
Analyze marketing performance data and generate reports
Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and system efficiency
Provide training and support to internal teams
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or related field
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms required
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics preferred)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
