Young Mothers, Inc. (YMI) is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Google Ads Coordinator to help expand our reach and connect more young mothers with life-changing resources. This is a remote volunteer opportunity ideal for someone interested in digital marketing, nonprofit growth, and purpose-driven work.
Position Summary
In this role, you'll manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Google Ad Grants, to increase awareness, engagement, and support for YMI's programs. You'll play a key part in ensuring our message reaches the right audiences at the right time.
What You'll Do
Create, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns
Conduct keyword research to improve visibility and targeting
Write and test compelling ad copy that drives engagement and action
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Track key metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
Collaborate with Website and Communications teams to align ads with landing pages and messaging
Support campaign strategies that promote programs, events, and fundraising initiatives

What We're Looking For
Experience with Google Ads or a strong willingness to learn
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Comfort working with data, metrics, and performance insights
Creative thinking for writing effective and engaging ad copy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment
