Inshell Production Supervisor

Bring your experience working in a warehouse as an In-Shell Production Supervisor for an outstanding facility in Orland, CA.

Job Duties:

Collaborates with management to set and execute production and cultural goals aligned with plant operations
Focuses on increasing production efficiency and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary waste of company resources
Runs weekly inventory reports to determine marketable inventory and production scheduling
Understanding of all company departments and working cross-functionally, fostering a collaborative work environment
Ensures accuracy of production documents before management review
Creates and manages work orders in the FIIX maintenance program
Submits monthly commodity and supply inventory for management review and audit
Reviews and approves staff timecards, time off requests, and plans the workforce accordingly
Coaches and directs the production team towards common company objectives
Fosters a work environment of continuous industry educational learning for employees and production improvements for the plant
Leads by example to solve problems quickly and effectively with the team
Trains new employees on departmental processes, company procedures, food and people safety, and regulatory compliance
Responsible for upholding all Food Safety, Quality, & People Safety policies and regulations

Requirements:

Constantly driving vehicles, forklifts, tractors, and yard trucks.
Managerial experience is required
Previous production experience is highly preferred
Mechanical skills & knowledge preferred
Must have effective written & verbal communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay: $27.00 to $33.00 DOE
