Summary
The
Marketing Coordinator
supports the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that promote Baker Construction Enterprises' business goals, recruiting efforts, and brand visibility. S/he assists with website updates, SEO efforts, social media management, digital campaigns, reporting, and content optimization across key digital platforms. The Marketing Coordinator is organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supports website updates, edits, and page builds within the company's content management system
Assists with creating and updating landing pages for campaigns, events, recruiting efforts, business development initiatives, and internal requests
Reviews website pages (internal and external) for consistency, clarity, broken links, formatting issues, and overall user experience
Supports ongoing website improvement efforts, including page organization, navigation updates, content cleanup, and conversion-focused enhancements
Conducts keyword research to support website content, blog posts, landing pages, recruiting content, and campaign initiatives
Assists with on-page SEO updates, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text, and content optimization
Supports structured data and schema markup recommendations to improve search visibility and AI search readiness
Helps identify content gaps and opportunities based on search trends, audience needs, competitor activity, and business priorities
Collaborates with writers, designers, and subject matter experts to develop SEO-informed content
Monitors organic search performance and provides recommendations for improving visibility, engagement, and website traffic
Supports organic social media planning, scheduling, posting, and monitoring across company's social channels
Helps develop social media content that supports recruiting, culture, brand awareness, project highlights, thought leadership, and business development
Monitors social media engagement, comments, messages, mentions, and relevant industry activity
Assists with maintaining social content calendars and coordinating approvals
Tracks social media performance and identifies opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and content effectiveness
Ensures social media content aligns with Baker Constructions brand standards, voice, messaging, and visual guidelines
Assists with the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as websites, email, social media, paid media, and landing pages
Supports campaign setup needs, including tracking links, UTM parameters, landing page coordination, creative asset organization, and content updates
Helps maintain campaign documentation, timelines, deliverables, and reporting notes
Monitors campaign performance where applicable and helps identify opportunities for optimization
Assists with tracking and reporting on digital marketing performance across websites, SEO, social media, email, and paid campaign initiatives
Assists with gathering data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, social media tools, and reporting dashboards
Monitors key digital metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversions, keyword visibility, social performance, and campaign activity
Uses data and feedback to recommend updates that improve content performance, user experience, and campaign outcomes
Manages assigned digital marketing tasks, timelines, and deliverables with strong attention to detail
Coordinates with internal marketing team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to move projects forward
Helps organize digital assets, website requests, campaign materials, reporting documents, and project records
Supports quality control by reviewing materials for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and brand alignment
Communicates project status, updates, questions, and potential roadblocks in a timely manner
Contributes to a collaborative, solutions-oriented marketing team environment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO strategy, content creation, social media engagement, or marketing coordination.
Experience supporting website updates, social media content, SEO initiatives, and digital reporting
Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or requests in a collaborative environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
Experience with social media scheduling and reporting platforms
Familiarity with UTM tracking, campaign URLs, and digital reporting best practices
Experience working in B2B, construction, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or professional services environments preferred

Ability to use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, or similar reporting tools
Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to exercise sound judgment, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate outcomes, and support strategic marketing decisions
