Digital Marketing Coordinator & Community Management Associate
Full-time position at Society19 Media, a fast‑paced media company focused on Gen Z and Millennials. The role is located in Boston Seaport.

We are looking for a community manager to grow and manage our blogger communities in the US, Canada, and the UK.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow blogger communities across US, Canada, and UK campuses and cities

Develop and execute recruitment strategies for new communities, editors in chief, and writers

Train Editors in Chief, maintain regular communication, provide feedback, and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date information

Recruit and manage influencers within communities to expand Society19’s influencer program

Set and achieve traffic and community growth goals

Analyze community program performance

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business preferred; all majors encouraged

Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, community development, or related fields

Strong communication and organizational skills

Creativity and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment

Solid knowledge of social media marketing
